Three Materials — One System

All ERECTA SWITCH components are available in three chemically-resistant thermoplastics. Select the material that matches your fluid chemistry.

PP — Polypropylene

General Purpose · Gray Body

Water, soaps, coolants, dilute acids, and alkaline cleaning solutions. The standard specification for aqueous applications. Lowest cost per unit.

AC — Acetal

Hydrocarbons · Red Body

Gasoline, diesel, hydraulic oil, motor oil, kerosene, and petroleum-based fluids. The correct specification when polypropylene is incompatible with the fluid chemistry.

KR — Kynar PVDF

Aggressive Chemicals · Natural Body

Concentrated acids, caustics, oxidizers, halogens, and high-purity process fluids. Maximum chemical resistance for semiconductor, electroplating, and chemical processing applications.

Field Service & OEM Flexibility

ERECTA SWITCH components give engineers and maintenance teams complete control over sensor configurations.

Field Replacement

Replace a single damaged float or worn O-ring without removing the entire switch assembly. Every component threads on and off by hand — no special tools required.

Custom Configurations

Build application-specific sensor assemblies from stock parts. Combine switching elements, precision nipples, receptacles, and fittings to match any tank geometry.

OEM Integration

Purchase individual components for integration into your own equipment designs. Consistent dimensions and threads across all materials simplify mechanical design.
