When the application requires more than a wiring connection point — when a relay, control module, or signal conditioner needs to live at the switch — the 10-105 is the correct specification. The 10-700-H1 Relay Housing stands 4.9" (124.46 mm) above the tank mount, providing a substantial enclosed volume above the 1-1/4" NPT fitting for relay mounting, terminal blocks, or electronics integration directly at the level switch location.
This is the relay-housing counterpart to the 10-102 receptacle model. The mount is identical — 1-1/4" NPT, outside-in installation, no internal tank access required — but the housing above the mount is purpose-built for control components rather than just wiring termination. The switch and precision nipple are accessed from above; the relay housing door provides access to the interior without disturbing the tank fitting or nipple.
Complete set includes 10-782 magnetic reed switch, 10-700-CS straight connector, and 10-700-H1 Relay Housing — all polypropylene. Precision nipple (10-715) ordered separately in 1" increments from 1" to 70".

A float level switch like the 10-105-PP is a point-level device: a float rides the liquid and actuates a magnetic reed switch at a set height, giving a simple on/off signal — no power, no firmware, no calibration. "Sensors" usually means continuous measurement (ultrasonic, radar, capacitive). ERECTA SWITCH targets reliable discrete-point control.
The 10-105-PP is used for pump start/stop control, high-level overflow protection, low-level dry-run protection, and tank or reservoir level alarms in OEM equipment. The modular ERECTA SWITCH system is built into laundry, HVAC, water-treatment, hydraulic, and chemical-handling machinery.
Choose the material to match the media: Polypropylene (PP) for general aqueous, acids, and bases; Acetal (AC/Delrin) for solvents, fuels, and hydrocarbons; Kynar PVDF (KR) for aggressive or harsh chemicals. Every ERECTA SWITCH model is offered in all three materials.
The 10-105-PP is point-level — it provides a discrete on/off signal at a set height. For multiple switch points, use a multi-level extended-stem set (2-, 3-, or 4-level) instead of a single continuous sensor.

Point detection is repeatable and mechanical. The trip height on the 10-105-PP is set by the 10-715 Precision Nipple, ordered separately in 1-inch increments (1″–70″), so you place the switch point exactly where the application needs it.
