Product Description

The 10-203-SS adds two slosh shields and a liquid-tight connector to the standard 10-203 two-level set for large-port tanks where fluid agitation is a factor. Large-port tanks are typically large-volume tanks — more likely to see pump-driven circulation, agitator mixing, or high-velocity fill turbulence that would cause a standard switch assembly to cycle on wave action. Each of the two 10-782 switches receives its own 10-700-SS slosh shield, dampening surface movement independently at each level set point.

The 10-700-WC-NY connector seals the wiring entry at the 10-700-R2 receptacle against moisture, washdown, and vibration-induced fatigue — important in continuously agitated or pumped systems.

Note that adding slosh shields to the two-level assembly reduces the minimum spacing between switch levels: BD = 1.0" (25.4 mm) on the SS variant vs. 1.5" (38.10 mm) on the base 10-203. Factor this into level spacing calculations.

Outside-in installation on 2" NPT via 10-700-AS adapter. No internal tank access required.

Precision nipple (10-715) ordered separately in 1" increments from 1" to 70". NL = LL − 2.20" (55.9 mm).
