Level and Temperature Sensing — In One Assembly

ERECTA SWITCH Series 10 two, three, and four level extended stem sets can now be configured with one or more Series 11-800 bimetallic temperature switches substituted for any level switch position. Detect both critical liquid levels and temperature limits — freeze protection, overheat detection, or process limits — in a single tank penetration, from standard stock.

Three Material Options — One Modular System

Every ERECTA SWITCH four-level set is available in Polypropylene, Acetal, or Kynar. The same modular configuration ships in all three. OEMs designing for multiple chemical environments often specify more than one.

Four Level Switch Sets — All 5 Configurations

Organized by mount type, then housing style. Each set ships complete with four switches, connectors, spacers, and housing. Precision nipples (10-715) are required for each switch position and are sold separately.

Slosh shields are not available for four-level sets. The tight stem spacing required to fit four switch positions within the assembly geometry, combined with the outside-in installation requirement, makes slosh shield installation physically impractical. Four discrete level setpoints — full alarm, upper operating, lower operating, and empty shutoff — from a single 2″ NPT bung using the compact receptacle housing. The removable 10-700-AS adapter enables outside-in installation with no internal tank access. This is the maximum switching density available in a single ERECTA SWITCH bung-mount installation. Specify nipple lengths for all four positions at time of order.

Cut a 1.65–2.3″ hole; outer flange nut with dual O-ring seal clamps from outside, inner nut secures from inside. Four switch positions deliver full process logic from a single flat-wall penetration. The most complete flat-wall four-level assembly available — four switching points, relay compartment, and cam lock conduit base in one flange-mount unit. Four-level monitoring for thin-wall plastic tanks and lids — outside-in, no hardware, no internal access. The most switching density achievable from a single 1-9/16″ pop-in penetration. Snap the 10-702-R1 receptacle in from outside; the O-ring seals the wall for a liquid-tight installation. Wall must be plastic, 0.062–0.078″ thick. Four switch positions from one snap-in point is the highest integration efficiency in Series 10 for injection-molded enclosures and polyethylene reservoirs.
